ACA
Insurance Day

Since 2013, the ACA Insurance Days has been "the must-attend event for insurance in Luxembourg." Over the years, the audience has grown, and we are now delighted to welcome more than 1,000 professionals from the financial sector to discuss a wide range of pressing topics, highlighting the expertise of insurers and reinsurers.
Each edition of the ACA Insurance Day is a special occasion for insurance professionals to come together, stay informed about the latest trends, exchange views on common challenges, and strengthen our community.
For the 2025 edition, we offer you an afternoon of sharing perspectives and expertise among various insurance industry figures, interspersed with networking opportunities to bring our ecosystem together. The conference part will start with a plenary session, followed by your choice of one of the 2 proposed conferences.
This prestigious event, sold out, is an opportunity for our members and guests to come together and continue fostering meaningful exchanges.
This day will feature two key highlights. The afternoon will begin with a plenary session open to all, followed by your choice of 2 roundtable discussions, where industry experts and key figures will share their insights and experiences to delve deeper into critical sector topics. Following these discussions, the prestigious ACAdemic Session will welcome you from 6:00 PM onwards, featuring a keynote speaker and the Minister of Finance. The evening will conclude with a dinner reception, offering a valuable opportunity to network with members of our community and continue the conversations.
Voici la traduction fidèle en anglais : As the European insurance sector evolves in an increasingly complex environment, Luxembourg aims to play a leading role. This session highlights the key challenges reshaping the industry: regulatory pressure, geopolitical uncertainty, inflation, and market fragmentation. Through a dialogue between experts, the panel will explore practical levers to strengthen the country’s competitiveness within the Single Market: innovation, digitalisation, simplification, and enhanced dialogue. A collective reflection on Luxembourg’s ability to drive the sector’s European ambitions by 2030.
Generative AI is opening up new opportunities for insurance and reinsurance, far beyond the current hype. This panel offers an in-depth look at real-world applications already in place: automated underwriting, intelligent claims handling, and enhanced customer experience. Our experts will share their insights to assess the added value of these technologies, the challenges of integrating them into existing systems, compliance considerations, and their impact on professions. A practical discussion to better understand how to turn the promises of AI into useful and lasting solutions for the industry.
Faced with an increasingly dense and sometimes inefficient regulatory landscape, Europe is taking a crucial turn: rethinking the regulatory framework to make it clearer, more proportionate, and better aligned with on-the-ground realities. This panel deciphers the major reforms underway – Omnibus, the Retail Investment Strategy, Solvency II, and the streamlining of ESG reporting – and explores their impact on Luxembourg-based players. Between reduced administrative burden, policyholder protection, and enhanced competitiveness, this shift offers a unique opportunity to modernise the sector. How can this momentum be turned into a lever to strengthen Luxembourg’s attractiveness? Answers in this session.
